  1. Thank you so much! Honestly I'm 2 1/2 years cancer free now! A lot of life changes to go with this! I still find that I struggle with sleep, feeling tired, and not back to full energy.... but still going. I would love to start helping others in the ovarian cancer community with any needs. I'm still embracing all the new normals now as well.

    1. Sending huge celebratory (((hugs))), ! Two and a half years is amazing! I can imagine there are a lot of changes, and I hope most of them are joyful. Did your doctor tell you how long it might take to build yourself back up?

Wanting to help others in the community is a lovely and generous gift. So many times there is no one to share the walk with, and it feels so lonely. Have you decided how you want to help? - Warmly, Donna (Team Member)

    2. How wonderful to hear you are doing well, ! Thanks for the update. If you are interested in advocacy, we have a community that can help you get started. It's the SocialHealthNetwork.com. I love that you want to reach out and help others. Ovarian cancer can be a lonely and isolating disease. Sending lots of gentle hugs your way. - Lori (Team Member)

  2. After beating ovarian cancer, what's to come. I'm still trying to navigate my new life. Cancer free 1 year this April

    1. Congrats on reaching that 1 year mark! That is great news to hear. I appreciate you sharing your journey with the community and the feedback on what you are looking for. I have attached an article below about long-term survivorship that may be of interest to you as you navigate this new normal. Please keep us posted on how things progress. Sending positive thoughts your way! -Sophie, team member
