  1. fatigue and depression

    1. I endured stomach pain, bloating, UTIs, painful and frequent urination, changes in my bowel movements, and fatigue. Surgery helped tremendously to relieve the discomfort that cancer caused me. - Catherine (Advancedovariancancer.net Team Member)

      1. I have struggled severely with stomach pain, upset stomach, back pain, appetite often fades or feeling full after just a few bites (even bigger struggle since I have had weight loss surgery!)and of course fatigue... ~Leya Elijah - AdvancedOvarianCancer.Net Team Member~

        1. Neuropathy in my hands and feet, a side affect from the chemo.

          1. Thank you for sharing this. We hope you find relief soon and that you find a sense of community here. Venting with other survivors can help you feel validated, which we all deserve! Best, Catherine (Advancedovariancancer.net Team Member)

          2. I too have bad neuropathy in my feet and hands post chemo. Though I don’t like the side effects of Gabapentin it does help. I find it too sedating to use much during the day. Bedtime dose of 600mgs gets me thru most nights I also use a THC/CBD cream (I have a medical marijuana card) and that also helps but I use it sparingly because insurance doesn’t cover the cost. You can’t include it on your taxes either. I also use a small OXYcodone dose when I’m very bad. There are other medications I’ve tried but without success. It’s a difficult time for sure. I have good days mostly!
