Ascites Relief

Does anyone have any experience with ascites? My grandmother has stage IV ovarian cancer and has been on chemo since April of 2020. About a month ago, her abdominal cavity began filling with fluid. She recently had a pleurx drain put in but has still be in quite a lot of pain and has been vomiting frequently. Does anyone have any tips or suggestions for dealing with those side affects?
